EXCELLENT! Mr Parker has been doing this for many years and is very experienced with all septic tanks and there workings. He even wanted to talk me out of replacing my old pump because it was still working, but since it had already been in there for 17yrs..........I wanted a new one, so I should be good for another 17 years. His prices are very fair, maybe better than most. I'd hire him again and recommend him to others.

Mr. Parker repaired our drain field, that had been installed improperly years before. We have had numerous providers work on our septic system in the past, with limited success. He took the time to properly diagnose our problem and then promptly fixed it at a more than reasonable price.  I highly recommend his service!

Mr. Parker is an honest, hard working, and dependable man. He told us exactly what he was going to do and the timeframe and got the job done. he also gave a recommendation to make life easier the next time the filter needs to be cleaned. I absolutely recommend him!! He is also very reasonable in pricing.

This was the second company we had contacted about our septic tank issue. We had to have the tank pumped out seven months earlier and at that time, the operator told us we probably just needed to prepare to replace the drain field. When we began having the toilet gurgle during even short showers, we knew we needed to get someone out. THANK YOU, ANGIE'S LIST for helping us find Parker's Septic Service!
Mr. Parker returned my call within an hour and spent around twenty minutes on the phone trying to get a feel for what issues we were having with our septic tank. After confirming we were not yet in a desperate situation he gave us several suggestions to help us avoid an emergency until he could get to us. Once he was able to arrange a service call, he arrived exactly when he promised he would and searched for the problem better than any crime detective I've heard of. After looking over and discussing the symptoms, he began to dig out the area he suspected. He discovered that we did not need to replace the drain field since it was essentially dry and ready to receive waste water but instead a tree root and silt filled drain line leading to the drain field was the problem. He made a quick test bypassing the plugged section of the pipe and drained the excessively filled tank into the drain field. After verifying it worked, he replaced the problem section rapidly and got us back to a fully operating system.
Keep in mind, he could easily have done as the other operator suggested and just pumped out the tank in preparation to replace the drain field. Instead, we found a man of integrity that actively looked for and found the cause of the problem then repaired it. He could have easily made a whole lot more money off of us, but he did the right thing...the honest thing.
Anyone with septic system issues, you can trust Parker's Septic Service!!!

Mr. Parker came out on a moment's notice to do an inspection. He took the time to educate me on what to do in the future, things to look out for as possible warning signs of a more serious problem. I highly recommend him and we'll definitely call him in the future!

Mr. Parker was very professional and kind. He poked around the area I had dug up and found the problem in my drain pipes. He sprayed the top to my septic tank and told me how to cover the access holes properly since they are old and I cannot purchase covers for them. Mr Parker and his wife were very helpful and informative. I hope I never need to have work on the septic tank again, however if I do I will definitely call Parker Septic!!!!!

Let me get right to the bottom line. Mr. Parker is one of the best I have ever seen in all my years (i am 65) of having service providers come to work at my home. I could not believe him. He was every bit the detective in finding the source of our problem. He came right on time and did not leave until late in the day when he finished. He asked a lot of questions, did a lot of testing and exploration and digging and found a broken pipe leading out to the drain field about 6 feet from the tank itself. A tree root had grown into it and blocked all the flow into the drain field. He took out the broken pipe and replaced it. He even had all the materials on his truck. He was professional, very thorough, very much a problem solver. What he saved me was having to have the county inspect the drain field to say what was permitted to do, getting a permit, and getting someone to re-do the whole drain field, not to speak of not using the bathroom for weeks. He saved us time and a ton of money. The other two companies were content to flat out say we needed a drain field. Thank goodness for Mr. Parker.

Mr, Parker was the nicest man. Very polite and articulate. Responsive to my needs and proactive. My rental property accross the street was having issues with all the drains being sluggish and slow. Worried that the spetic tank was the issue I called Mr. Parker. He not only came out and diagnosed the problem he corrected it and advised how to keep it maintained for the future. Once complete he realized that I actually lived directly accross the street and asked if I had ever done anything for my septic system. When I told him I had not he was quick to offer to take care of the filter on mine too. Total cost to do both was only 148.00 I could not ask for better service or cost

This service provider could not have been more polite and more thorough. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would and set to work immediately. He drained our septic tank and then asked permission to come inside to check the water level of our toilets. He requested that I provide him with plastic shopping bags to cover his feet upon entering our home. Upon looking at the toilet tanks, he determined that two of the three were actually overflowing (I certainly was not aware of this). He adjusted the water flow and explained that even that small amount of extra water coming from the toilets can contribute to septic tank back-up.
Mr. Parker recommended that we get our septic tank emptied every seven or so years -- but the number of years is dependent upon the number of people living in the home. He also advised me to purchase some of the septic tank additive which is flushed down a toilet once a month -- to help maintain a healthy septic tank environment.
He tried to get into our drainage field through its cement cover in the side yard to check the condition of the drainage field. However, although he tried very hard to unloose the cover, it ultimately proved too difficult because it'd been 20 years since the system and cover had been installed. As a result, Mr. Parker suggested that we purchase some tree root killer to use as a preventive for any roots possibly entering the drainage pipes.
I was enormously pleased with Mr. Parker's professionalism, his thoroughness, and courtesy. We checked the toilets to assure they were working properly prior to his departure and he provided me with a written receipt for the work.
Job well done.!

After numerous phone conversations with Mr.Parker guiding us thorough every possible cure for our drain field and septic tank issues, he came to our house. He spent three hours and got us back to our normal usage without having to spend thousands of dollars as the other septic professionals recommended. He saved us so much money! He has a deep understanding of what can go wrong and offers detailed explanations in layman's terms. I would highly recommend him. Before you do anything, CALL HIM!

Mr. Parker performed an inspection of the septic system and educated me on the types of washers and garbage disposals would be best for us as well as how drainfields can be rejuvenated. I was greatful for his professionalism and his knowledge-base. I would definitely call upon him for service in the future.

I never even thought about my septic system until it failed and I had a geyser of raw sewage erupting from my downstairs shower. That's an emergency that needs immediate attention and it dosen't give you any time to shop around. You are really over a barrel and the folks in that business knows it. They could name their own price if they did not have integrity and sell you a lot more than you really needed. A neighbor a few doors down had this kind of emergency just recently and so asked him who he used. He referred me to Robert Parker. What a blessing. I could have ended up with someone that could have taken advantage of us but Robert is not that kind of guy. He is a smart, honest, has integrity and is an expert in the field. He is super responsive to his customers needs. This guy takes care of you like a friend would. Now to do a septic tank or drain field repair you have to get a repair permit, at least here in Bryan County you do, and you are kind of at their mercy because a reputable septic repair service will not start work until given the go ahead by the county inspector. And that took a few days. We were swimming in sewage in the downstairs of our house by the time the inspector gave Robert the go ahead but the instant he got the word to proceed he was at our house. That was 9pm at night and he provided some immediate relief so we could take a shower and flush the toilets. The next day he arrived late in the afternoon and in no time at all diagnosed the problem; a pipe, crushed by a root just where the water leaves the septic tank for the drain field, effectively cutting off the flow from the tank to the entire drain field. In less than 3 hours, and once again working into the night, he had the problem fixed and we had water flowing again. Robert could have told us we needed a new drain field and charged us $3000 or more and we would have happily paid that to get our system working again. What are you going to do? It's not a luxury. But he didn't take advantage of us in any way, was creative in his solution and went the extra mile to do a great job that was priced more than fair, in fact, I was shocked at how low the price was. And to watch this guy run an excavator is quite a sight. He is really an expert and knows what he is doing. When he and his helper Jason were done they leveled the ground perfectly where the work was performed, cleaned up all the big roots he dug up and took the trash away. And they did all of this in the dark finishing up about 10pm. I learned a lot about plumbing and septic systems through this experience and I can tell you this and ndash; if you are on a septic tank system and you have slow flowing or clogged drains, or like me, sewage erupting from a downstairs shower. Call a septic tank expert, not a plumber. You will be wasting your money and you will eventually need the septic tank guy anyway. If you live in Bryan County Georgia and you need ANY KIND of septic service, call the greatest guy in the business in my book, Robert Parker Septic Service.
