Nagy Pools & Decorative Concrete Finishes

Entered into agrrement with nagy pools in Feb. 2012 to install rectangle in-ground fiberglass pool, job began on schedule as to the contract. Excavation was completed and we paid that portion of the payment per the contract. fabrication began a few weeks later and that is where it all went wrong. They built the walls out of non-treated OSB and 2x4 lumber, when i asked about it rotting he assured me the fiberglass would be strong enough to hold up. Weeks went by and he failed to show and we called him daily to inquire when he would be back and he failed to return calls. After 4 weeks he returned and said I need to now provide backfill dirt for the pool to support the walls and that I would now need a retaining as well. Now of this was in the contract! I told him he would have to purchase the dirt as it said so in the contract and he said no its my responsiblity. For 3 more weeks he never returned despite repeated daily calls by us. Finally he returned to take back the fiberglass resins and mat he had left and saId he would be back in one week to complete the pool. He never showed so I was forced to get an attorney to handle the case. Sean was served paper and contact by court process servers that he needed to submit information related to the contract and never did and failed to show up for court as required.
I have this eye sore in my backyard now for over a year and spent $20,000 for this, but yet he is taking his family on vacation but will not return the money he STOLE from me.
Do not purchase a pool from this man as he will rip you off!!!!!!!!!!
On March 11, 2013 Court of Bullouch County awarded me judgement against this man and his company, so even the court when reviewing this case found him to be neglegent.

We were very impressed with the professionalism, outstanding workmanship, and attention to detail exhibited while installing our new pool.  We couldn’t be happier with the work done and the end results – a beautiful pool.   Prior to signing a contract we had met with several pool companies. When we met with Sean we immediately felt comfortable. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions in terms we easily understood, and kept us informed throughout the process.  The end result is a pool that adds value to our property and makes it a joy to be in the backyard. The stonework around the pool is first class, fitting in perfectly with the existing architecture.  And of great importance, he completed the project at the price agreed upon, a price better than that offered by your competitors.   We would enthusiastically recommend Nagy Pools to anyone wanting a pool or hardscaping.

Overall from 26 June until 18 August (still not complete). Plumbing for wet slide stubbed up in foot bath at base of ladder. Concrete contractor Bucky left tools in another truck and went about my property and even opened up my shed (without permission). They even left wet socks and trash then went home.
