so service charge was $92.50 x 2 or an unbelievable charge of $185.00 service charge and again the flapper $30.00.  We call and ask him why were were charge two service call.  he hit the roof and went off on us...we will never call this guy again and told him as much.  avoid at all cost.

They came on time and cleaned up when they finished.  Well trained techicians and pleasant to have them do work for me.

After two leaks under our slab, we decided that it was time for new plumbing. We had previously used Mark Jones Plumbing Service for other work with excellent results. Mark gave us an estimate which we considered and ultimately agreed to. There was no hard sell. James and Tom did the actual work, and I would have this pair work on my house any time. They did the job in 3 days of work. Tom had to work in very cramped quarters, but did it with no complaints. All lines in unheated areas are fully insulated. After completing the job, Mark Jones came by to prepare a punch list. Mark is very particular about the work. The few items he found were fixed the next day. It has been great ever since. It's nice to have people such as Mark, James and Tom that can be depended upon.

They are the only plumbing company that I use. I have high regard for them. They came out very quickly when I called them. The owner had his number one team come out. They fixed the leak promptly. We had an engagement that evening, but I trusted them so much, I left them here to work while I was away. They were here until 10:00 that night and didn't charge me any extra.

Great. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that he couldn't tell me exactly how much the charge was when he was finished. He told me they would bill me later. It all turned out OK, but I would have liked to know the exact total at the time of the job. Their hourly rate is $92/hr, but they didn't charge for the service call; only the work done and the valve, which took 1.25 hours.

They had to use a very sophisticated tool to find the leak. They isolated the area where the leak was, used a jack hammer, and were able to fix the leak. The hole was only about 2 feet in diameter. They repaired the slab, and found someone to fix the tiling flooring. The owner is a true business man. This repair was covered by insurance and he did not press me for a nickel until the job was done and everything was repaired.
