He was very good. We were out of town buyers and not in the state when the inspection was performed. I received the report very quickly and he was happy to discuss the findings with me. I called a few times with additional questions and he was always happy to talk me through my questions and if I left a message, he called me back in a timely manner. We did not end up buying the house and we will be using him again once we find another house.
