propane sales
 + -1 moreI wanted to buy a large propane tank for my home... The office staff was pleasant but it was never delivered and when I spoke with the manager (Mike) he was very rude and told me that he didn't sell these tanks because he could make more money renting them. My response was "that's fine, but why didn't some one tell me this in the first place".
Description of Work: The Ferrellgas office in Hilton Head was very difficult to work with. They promised to come to my house on several occasions and did not. The manager, (I think his name is Mike) is very rude and would never go back even if their service was free.

 + -1 moreThey said it was my responsibility. They said I own the tank but I do not. It was there before I bought the house. I do not think they understood that it is a different thing when you live in a senior home. They were very rude.
Description of Work: I called Ferrellgas to have them take out the tank that was buried before I bought my house.

 + -1 moreThey own the gas tank that the gas goes in to. We had to redo our propane plumbing into the house. They provided us the new gas tank that they pour the gas into. It's a way to ensure we keep using their product.
Description of Work: We have propane company that is Ferrellgas. We've used them for 18 years.
