I wanted to buy a large propane tank for my home... The office staff was pleasant but it was never delivered and when I spoke with the manager (Mike) he was very rude and told me that he didn't sell these tanks because he could make more money renting them. My response was "that's fine, but why didn't some one tell me this in the first place".

They said it was my responsibility. They said I own the tank but I do not. It was there before I bought the house. I do not think they understood that it is a different thing when you live in a senior home. They were very rude.

They own the gas tank that the gas goes in to. We had to redo our propane plumbing into the house. They provided us the new gas tank that they pour the gas into. It's a way to ensure we keep using their product.
