Worthless. Called to set up an appoi tment to get an estimate done. Guy took my info and never called back. A few weeks later I call again. I set up an appointment with a time and date to meet. I take off work so I can be here. Guy is a no-show. After a few hours I CALL HIM. He says oh yeah sorry I got tied up and says he is in the area and is on the way. Guess what. Again a no show. Tried to support a local business but if this is how you conduct yourselves, I'd rather spend my money with your competition. So glad I took off work to be stood up. Not even a phone call. Gee thanks.

They have the worst customer service ever! The voice mail is full so you cannot even leave a message. I was planning to spend thousands on landscaping and they did not even return my call.

Excellent. I feel it necessary to update my experience since I originally wrote such a poor report. I was very unhappy with how things worked out the first time, but Jimmy was very attentive to making sure I was happy with the outcome. He followed up after the resolution work was completed and was appologetic that I had a problem the first time. Since the original work received an F, I felt it necessary to offset that with an A this time to average a C. The quality of the work performed was excellent. Based on how well he attended to my issue and just the fact that he seems like a very well-intended nice guy, I would retract my earlier recommendation not to hire him and in fact I probably would again. The only thing that I would insist upon and would recommend to anyone esle would be to get a written estimate prior to the work being performed so there is no potential misunderstanding.

Jimmy, FGW's owner, has done work for us in the past. When we realized we would need help cutting up some large downed tress in our yard before a party we called Jimmy. Jimmy responded right away and came over and used his chain saw to cut up the trees. He worked hard and fast and was able to finish the entire pile of trees in a few hours. He even volunteered to meet me a few days later at a hardware store to assist me in purchasing the best splitting ax to turn my now cut wood into the right size for firewood. When we met at the hardware store it was at the end of a work day when I am sure he was ready to get home to his family, his business is the first initial of each of his children, but he was very helpful, took his time, and took me to another store when the first one didn?t have what we were looking for. Thanks to FGW for another great job!

Jimmy is hard working, professional, honest, and did a great work. We were very satisfied with his work. Jimmy stuck to his estimate even when it turned out that the work was more than we first thought. We would strongly recommend him to others.
