When we found out the manufacturer had 144 complaints with the BBB, we asked to look at something else. They refused to show us anything else.

Made an appointment got there about an hour early, they took it right in and fixed the problem, I was out of there in about an hour and half. The generator has started and run normally everytime I have tried it since. Problem solved, no hassle.
