"If this story was true then I would be mad as well. The original project was agreed on and finalized. Customer added work to the project and unfortunately the additional material was not applied immediately. Upon catching the mistake we made the customer aware of the additional charges which he declined to pay. After going back and forth on a resolution we decided to refund his money, minus the work already performed and material ordered. This was not acceptable to the customer. He has since taken to social media to try to ruin our name. We are very confident in our dealings and welcome a judge to decide. There are always two side to a story and urge everyone to remember that before jumping to a conclusion. Our work speaks for itself. We have 100’s of projects and satisfied customers. Unfortunately this is not one. We regret that but stand by our decisions, which will be sustained by a court of law."
"Mr [Member Name Removed] we regret that we couldn’t finish your project for you and your family but you continually got drunk and sexually harassed our employee. We have your troubling text messages and we couldn’t continue to subject our employee to that kind of behavior. Hopefully you learn from this and treat women better in the future."
"Hi [Member Name Removed], I am really sorry that all of our hard work didn’t meet your expectations. We truly go above and beyond for our customers. We had completed what was agreed on and what you had paid for. Due to the weather and the plumbing pipe that was broken due to being initially installed wrong, we had to wait until the ground dried. We have communicated that with you the entire time and keep all of our messages/emails, as well as pictures saved if you’d like to see them. We also have the message stating we’d be at your house to finish Wednesday, 3/31, which is today. When our employee arrived, he was met with your very aggressive and rude “partner” [Member Name Removed] who was verbally abusive toward him. He was also threatened by your “partner” with a gun. Our employees do not carry weapons of any sort, nor do we tolerate being threatened or any violence. I apologize again for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. We are contemplating pressing charges for being threatened with a gun. We have every and all communications with you and every time we spoke, you and Mike were always on the same exact same page with the progress of your lawn. You and Mike also had a very smooth and professional working relationship until your “partner” would get involved. We hate this ended this way, but we don’t tolerate being threatened in any way and our employee felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe and feared for their safety."
"Mr. and Mrs. [Member Name Removed], We truly appreciate the opportunity to complete your project for you. We are thrilled that we finished the work and it turned out as promised. We would love to have come back and handled the last small details for you, as you and your husband are great customers, but unfortunately the overzealousness of your security guards was quite unsettling and caused us to forego returning to your house. It's hard to desire returning somewhere you are constantly harassed. Refunding some of your payment was the least we could do for you though. Thank you again!"
"Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to complete your request!"
"Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to complete your project!"
"Thank you for the opportunity to work on your project! We are glad you're happy with your final product!"
