Less than a year after the exterior painting job there’s already pealing in multiple areas. They painted over an oil based paint on my shudders so they bubbled and wouldn’t do the right thing by actually sanding down the shudders. Also did interior painting that’s cracked around my moulding. Nice crew but awful craftsmanship.

"Hi [Member Name Removed]. This is the first I have heard anything about areas peeling. I would gladly address those things. As far as the interior moulding, this is the first I have heard of this as well. Its typical for moulding to crack as structures continue to settle over time and is not a paint related issue. As for the shutters, I spoke with you about them on multiple occasions. There already was a coat of latex over the oil based paint. I brought this up to you and said the only way to make it 100% is to sand everything down to raw wood, which would have been extremely cost prohibitive and not part of our original pricing. You weren't inclined to do this, so I said I couldn't guarantee them. We came back on several occasions to address them "bubbling" and since hadn't heard back from you so assumed everything was fine."

Brian called me back the same day I left a message and came out to give me an estimate immediately. Robbie and Matt showed up on time and went to work. They removed the popcorn ceiling in my "office" and repaired and painted the ceiling which had been damaged by a leak. Everyone that I've dealt with in this company has been extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just plain nice. They clean up after themselves as they go through the process. No mess in my house, which I was afraid of with that popcorn ceiling. I plan to hire them again after the first of the year to take down all the popcorn ceilings and paint the interior of my house. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
