We repair and service all types of household appliances and for most we provide factory service through the manufacturer's warranty. We are rated as a "AAA Service Center" by the Professional Service Association. This rating means that we have a live staff on hand to handle your service requests, we have a facility that is open to the public, our trucks are professionally decaled, our technicians are clean-cut and wear uniforms, and our staff has passed standard industry testing to provide you and your customers with the highest level of customer service. Repair skills are up to date with the latest technologies, and our service is guaranteed. Technicians are licensed and have passed manufacturer's courses, factory training, and industry standard tests to become Master Technicians. A detailed estimate is provided after diagnosis and before beginning any repair work. All of our technicians are paperless, meaning they work off their laptops and transmit the information from your home to the office instantly reducing your appliance downtime. We charge a flat, fixed price to come out to your home (or if you carry it in to our service center!) and diagnose the problem with your broken appliance. The technicians were busy the day we called but scheduled an appointment for the following day.
The technicians arrived on time and called prior to arrival. Within minutes of tinkering with our refrigerator the problem had been found. The lead service person advised on exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. I approved the repair and the technicians completed the work within 20 minutes. The total bill was $243, which included diagnosis, parts and service time.
The refrigerator immediately began working properly and was cool within a few hours.
We were very happy with the service performed, price and professionalism of the staff.

Washer was damaged during the move. I called, told them what was wrong and even gave them make/model numbers so they could bring the part they needed. They came and of course did not have the part. I was told I could stop by the office and pick up the part and install myself so I would not incur another service call charge. I don't think there should have been a separate charge. They should have brought the part with them. Each service call is $80 no matter what they do!!
Again, had to get them out to service the dryer -- another $80!!
But, when you have an issue,you just pay whatever. They did come and they did fix the problems. The gentleman that has been each time is very professional and polite. He has always identified the problem and gotten it fixed for me.
I keep their magnet on my fridge and have them programmed in my phone! Will definitely use again - just wish it weren't so expensive!

If we fix an appliance and it breaks down again during our 30 day warranty period, we'll return for free and determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has anything to do with the original repair, we'll fix it for free! If the machine has another problem, we'll treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly. You pay the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house.
