Derrick Mitchell Home Imprvmnt

We hired Mr. Mitchell to build a handicap ramp for our rental property. Our renters were very pleased with the result. The ramp looked so good that several neighbors asked him to build a deck and do other projects at their houses. When our renters moved out, we again hired Derrick to refurbish the house. We initially asked him to just clean and paint, but ended up asking him to change out major appliances, renovate a bathroom, and change the kitchen floor in addition to other minor interior and exterior repairs. Our assessment of the extent of the needed refurbishing turned out to be an ongoing process and we greatly appreciated Mr. Mitchell's flexibility and willingness to take on more tasks than we had originally anticipated, but were necessary to ensure that the house was attractive to future prospective renters. As a result of Mr. Mitchell's work, the house looked fantastic and we were able to rent it very soon after he completed the work.
