+ -1 moreThis is our 2nd year with Cook's. They come out once a month and spray the perimeter of the house for pests and inspect the ant and termite traps. They give us a call a day or two ahead to inform us of when they're coming. They are reliable and courteous. They don't consume a lot of our time. We had interviewed other pest control companies before deciding on Cook's and we have been very satisfied with their competitive pricing and reliable service.

+ -1 moreOnce I had to call because they were only doing the outside. This time they did the inside as well. I think another company would give me better service. They do good work and they got rid of the roaches. They don't do all over, they just took care of the kitchen. I've got a year contract but when it's up I'm going to go with another company.

+ -1 moreRecently, they service personal have been more professional and helpful. I have had more success with them than with other pest control companies.
Description of Work: Amount spent is for yearly service for both termite and pest control. For termite control, every 3 months they check in-the-ground canisters to see if there's termite activity, then add chemicals to the canisters if termites are present. For pest control, they come monthly and check outside and inside the house for bugs. They put down ant traps and dry chemicals when necessary
