It was thru my warranty company. The guy didn't seem too cordial. I guess that's not like a requirement but everybody else is like oh I had to go up there and do such and such. This guy was like he did it here that fixed the problem and here's the bill and that was it. The price was covered under my warranty so it was like $75. Although I did have to pay $40 for Freon too. If that's who my warranty people send out I will use them again.
