Description of Work: The service provider installed an a/c unit in my house and when when cutting holes in my floor for vents they cut my brand new carpet so the vent doesn't cover the carpet. The duct work under the house is a disaster and came loose from the vent so I was cooling off the yard for over a week waiting on their return to repair the issue. They also left the flooring they cut under my house so I had to clean up their mess. I had to wait a couple weeks to get my thermostat and when they finally came to install it they wired it up so my A/C didn't work until they returned to rewrite it. I was told that they would come and make repairs at a certain time and they wouldn't show. I can't recommend this company to anyone because they don't do what they say they would do and I feel like I paid for something I didn't get.

Description of Work: I used Advanced Care Heating & Cooling because we had to have a new A/C capacitor and new fan motor.

Description of Work: They came out initially to service the AC unit because it was not cooling. The owners son came out and could not find the leak and put stop leak in the unit and recharged the unit. Since he did not fix the leak they had to come back out to address the leak again. They did not fix the leak yet again and had to come out a third time. Then they charged me for recharging the system with freon each time they could not find the leak. Then when I asked the owner to call me to discuss the charges he never returned any of my e-mails or calls.

 + -1 moreMr. Rick Weaver of Advanced Care Heating & Cooling responded very quickly to our call for help with a circuit breaker for the house heating/ac unit that repeatedly tripped off. He diagnosed the problem (a worn-out 30+ year old circuit breaker), found a replacement and installed it. The system is fine now. Mr. Weaver was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. His fee for parts/labor was very fair. I recommend Advanced Care Heating & Cooling unconditionally.
