We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! We will definitely be hiring them for all of our maintenance going forward! I give Nevermore Services five stars because that’s all I’m allowed to give!"

"My wife called the company and explicitly stated there were items in the air ducts dropped by a toddler. When the technician arrived, my wife again explained the issue. The technician then hooked up their negative air flow whatever machine for 25 minutes. At the end, he told us the dust is all out. When asked about the items dropped in the ducts, he stated we don't do that. They then charged our card $200 for a service we didn't ask for or need. The phone representative only gave her first name as Tiffany. When calling the company, they offered no resolution and insinuated that we misunderstood. This is a complete scam. We would never have agreed to air duct dust particle cleaning. There's no evidence it actually helps. If you’ve been using a brick in the tank to reduce the water used to flush the toilet, take it out immediately. Bricks will eventually fall apart and clog your toilet drain. Keeping your toilet lid closed also helps avoid future clogs.

Using a leaf blower to clean your dryer vent isn't a good idea. Theoretically, the leaf blower should push the lint and debris toward the exterior vent opening, helping it exit. That's usually not what happens, though.

If you're dealing with an odor in your dryer that transfers onto your clothes and linens, here's what you can do: start by cleaning the lint trap and drum with warm soapy water. Then wipe down the interior using a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar to eliminate any lingering odors.

To get rid of odors you can try this method: take a cloth soaked in vinegar and put it inside the dryer. Run the dryer on a heat setting for 15 minutes. Afterward, make sure to dry the drum by running it with some towels. This technique helps eliminate any smells and leaves your dryer smelling nice and fresh.
