Everything went well.  They were on time and did a good job cleaning.

It went well and they did an excellent job.

My experience was great. They did such a good job with cleaning the home. They cleaned the windows, the appliances, the floors. I was very pleased. They were very professional and personable.

Average/will not use them again! Corners & "sports" were missed. Expected better results - especially after the claims & promises before the job started.

Long story short, DO NOT USE this cleaning service.  Not only did I find out that the cleaner was the finacee of the owner but he himself told my husband that he normally details cars.  Cars and homes are completely different and I felt like I was just getting a "fill-in" guy.  I was extremely disappointed with my cleaning and when I asked the owner to come by, she completely blew me off saying that we had signed off on the job.   Unfortunately, my husband had signed off.  If it were me, I would have requested the owner come by that night...but you live and you learn.  She also mentioned that she had before and after pictures and she thought the house was fine!  When i had seen my house after the cleaning I couldn't believe the lack of attention to detail Freddie had given.  The upstairs bathrooms inside cabinets and drawers were competely untouched.  The chandelier in the dining room (which isn't even high) was still completely covered in dust.  Several if not most baseboards were barely touched.  Shelving in the great room and the mantel were still dusty as well.  I was motified.  I ended up having to clean all of these areas and more myself.  The only good thing was all the blinds and windows were cleaned, but that was it!  I will NOT ever use this company again and I will hesitate now everytime I try to use a new company since they have now spoiled my experience. 
Another thing too, when you speak with a person regarding services and it just seems too good to be true, it probably is!  This review is not only for customers out there searching for companies but once again (as I told the owner Joyce) it is for their sake to.  As a business owner I would want to know where I could better myself.  Hopefully, they too will learn from this experience.

My husband and I recently sold our home.  We needed it to be sparkly clean for the buyers' walk-through prior to closing.  Joyce, the owner of A-Legacy, and Fred, the Project Manager responded quickly  to our request for their move-out cleaning service.  Both Joyce and Fred were an absolute pleasure to work with! 
On cleaning day, Fred did a fantastic job of preparing our home for the buyers.  When he finished, the hardwood floors were shining beautifully and everything was so clean and fresh smelling.  Before the buyers arrived at closing the following day, their agent remarked to my husband and me that the buyers were happy with the walk-through and that the house looked "meticulously clean."

I contacted Joyce on a Thursday night and she came out on Saturday morning to do the job.  I thought the job would take 2 people 3 hours or so but they stayed for 7 hours because Joyce is such a stickler for perfection.  They wiped down every single surface in the house including every single wall, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinet and the WORST were the very sticky 35 year old closet shelves.  Joyce had originally quoted $200 sight unseen but she stayed and did the job even though it was obviously NOT a $200 job but more of a $300 job.  She did such a good job, I gave her $300 which she did NOT ask for.  I offered.  

She also uses all green products which is the cherry on top as far as I am concerned!
