I like everything about the guy.  He is honest.  He has reasonable prices and comes when he says he is coming.  One year I had problems and he told me what I needed to do on my end.  I did what he recommended and I haven’t had any problems since.  I called him up and told him that I had these carpenter bees on this picnic bench that I built.  I asked him what I should do about it.  He told me that he would come down later that afternoon.  He came down and we got the picnic bench out on the front lawn and lifted it up on the side so that we could get to the underside of it.  He spent an hour filling those holes with pesticides.  He must have killed about two dozen carpenter bees.  I had built a deck on the house and he told me that if I didn’t want the carpenter bees on the deck I must put it on the underside of the deck a quarter inch hardware mesh cloth.  Then put the lattice work over the hardware cloth and that would keep the carpenter bees from getting underneath the deck.  He was right on so I think the world of him.   He is terrific.  He also looks in on the place.  If there is something that doesn’t look right he will call me and say that he noticed it and ask whether if it was supposed to be like that. He gave me blocks of bait to use for mice at his cost.
