I paid over $33,000 for their recommended solution, which they claimed would stabilize the foundation, particularly at the rear of my home. Despite assurances, the foundation has continued to settle less than two years after the repair was completed. Structural cracks have reappeared in the same areas, and the issue has clearly not been resolved. I?ve reached out to Alpha multiple times to address the problem, only to be told that additional repairs will require more payment?even though they failed to get the job done properly the first time. "New Leaf Construction were professional and the bid was inline with other bids. They kept me informed of where they were on the project and when materials would be delivered. This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."

At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails.
