Shawn and his assistant arrived a few minutes early and promptly diagnosed the issue. They removed the sliding door, adjusted the rollers and cleaned the tracks. Since it only took them a short while to complete the work, he told me there was no charge as he had to take the door off to do thew estimate anyway!! This is a rare event. I am a partner in a property management company and we are now assigning new work to Shawn's company. He has done a few other repairs and all has gone well. From drywall work, painting and deck repair his work is top notch. Very reasonably priced and a great guy to work with.
