The original installation of the gutters was fine. The problem came when I had to replace structural elements of my chimney and downstairs due to a leak. The flashing between the roof and the gutters allowed water to cause considerable damage. I called both the gutter folks and the roofers to come look at it and got the same response: "it's not my problem." I ended up fixing it all myself.

I wasn't satisfied with this company at all. They were too expensive and they didn t follow through with what they were supposed to do. The topper that they were supposed to replace didn't match the other ones and they tried to use it anyway. Their staff did not speak English, so it was almost impossible to communicate with them. I definitely would not recommend them.

ESTIMATOR AND INSTALLER BOTH ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. DID NOT SHOP FOR OTHER PRICES. WORK WAS PROFESSIONALLY AND SATISFACTORILY COMPLETED. CLEAN-UP COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT BETTER, LEFT SOME PAINT TOUCH-UP JOBS FOR ME TO DO, DETACHED A SEGMENT OF LATTICE AND FAILED TO REPLACE IT.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY NICE. ONE PLACE DID NOT LOOK GOOD, BUT HE SAID THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE JOB. THE PLACE WAS SMALL AND WOULD NOT JUSTIFY A RETURN TRIP.

ONCE THEY INSTALLED IT, THEY WERE VERY SLOW IN RESPONDING TO WARRANTY ISSUES WHEN IT STARTED TO LEAK. THEY DID FINALLY REPLACE IT, BUT ONLY AFTER BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU GOT INVOLVED

WHENEVER THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL THE PRODUCT AND INSTALLING IT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. WHEN I NEEDED THEM TO CHECK ON A PROBLEM, IT TOOK THEM A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED.
