This was a nightmare. He didn't come on the scheduled start date and didn't call. When I called he said his truck broke down. He came 3-4 times over the next few weeks and then asked for more money. He said that I had picked out expensive fixtures. Although I have repeatedly called him, he has not been back to my house in four weeks. I sent a letter (April 30th) demanding a partial refund of $1,500 (overnight) but he has not responded.
