Randy Randazzo

As a part of a refinancing application Randy Randazzo of City Real Estate Group conducted an appraisal of my home. His appraisal report was thorough and the value assigned to my home was reasonable. However, there was one feature that I believe Randy had undervalued. I discussed this with him and he agreed to review his notes and photos and to let me know if my position had any validity. He committed to call me the day after this discussion. He never called me. When I called him he started talking about the proper appeals process; not his failure to meet his commitments. I believe that the following is a quote from Van Waller and it aptly summarizes how I feel about Randy Randazzo and City Real Estate Group: "Every time you give someone your word, your reputation and standard of personal integrity is on the line. You will never be truly successful without a high regard for your own personal integrity. Another way to put it is individuals that do not follow through with their word can no longer be trusted.?
