At my wits' end, I stumbled onto Pro Advantage Landscaping LLC early on a Saturday morning. They had good online reviews, so I left a voicemail for them at 6:30am. Less than 2 hours later, Simone returned my call, and not only was able to give me an hourly rate quote over the phone, but was able to have a crew at my house two hours later. They came prepared with all needed tools, and Cedric walked the property with me, asking what needed done. He then clearly explained again the pricing structure, and got to work, working right along side his crew.
The work was finished in about 2 1/2 hours, and looked better than I ever had done (or could do)! Based on his professionalism, timeliness and the cost, I have set up with them to do future lawn maintenance. Many times I see reviews of companies that claim they are great, only to be less than impressed when I hire them.
As a perfectionist, I can unequivocially state that they truly exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them fully to anyone in need of yard work!!
