Pinestraw

I called this provider approximately one week before the expected service. I checked with them 2 days before the service to ensure they were coming. On the day of service, they called at 10:00 am to say they were loading and would be at house by 11:30 am. At 12:30 they were not yet there so I called the main office to see why. They had not been heard of. I then got a call from the installer to say they had tried to call me from the store at 11:30 (but had not left message even though they claimed they had) because the straw was not pretty. Another shipment was coming in the afternoon and they would deliver the next day but he could not guarantee the delivery. I can't understand how they could have been loading at 10:00 am and then not have "good straw" at 11:30 am. When I asked the installer this, he became verbally abusive and told me "people weren't dependable". I told him not to bother coming as I would find someone else.
