I had a very pleasant experience by having hired Ni-on Residential. I bought a newly constructed house about two years ago. I finally got around to actually making my house a home by contacting Ni-on and meeting with them to discuss how they could help me to remodel the areas of my home that were most dear to me. For our initial meeting, they were very prompt (showed up 20 minutes early), polite and professional. After speaking with them for a few minutes and telling them what I had in mind, I could tell just how passionate about their work they were. They helped me to essentially paint a picture of the visions I had and eased any apprehensiveness I had by undertaking such a significant home project. Their work warranty helped as well. They kept me informed of their progress by having me be a part of the process all while maintaining their schedule. I was actually able to periodically see the transformations rather than them simply completing the projects and showing me at the end for my approval.  In the end, I was truly pleased with their work both inside and out, and would definitely recommend Ni-on Residential to anyone who wishes to turn their house into a home!
