THEY PICK UP AND DELIVER. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB. TWO CHAIRS AND AN OTTOMAN WERE RETURNED TO ME AFTER 48 HOURS. IT''S A FAMILY BUSINESS (2 SONS). THEY PICK THE FURNITURE UP THE SAME DAY THEY ARE GOING TO WORK ON IT.
