"When I walked away from this customers job site she was extremely satisfied with the work that was completed. It was a patch and repair job not a complete siding replacement job so were do you finally stop repairing, it could have gone on and on. I have no problem going back out and taking care of anything that was missed off of the original contract. It took longer that expected to get the material paid, the economy has had allot of slower payments to suppliers in all fields of business. The supplier has been paid and I want to go back out to meet the customer and go over anything that was left off and not completed as I stated, I have never not completed a contract. The entire side wall of her home needed new siding installed but wrote up a contract to meet her budget. I have completed contracts for hundreds of customers recently and they are all very satisfied with the work and the pricing."
