See above - not to my satisfaction. I can provide pictures and copies of contracts and receipts if desired to prove my statements.
Description of Work: Hardie Plank replacement entire front of town home and several pieces side and rear. Installed receptacle on front (which does not work) painted entire townhome. Overspray of paint all over windows and glass in sliding door. Reinstalled outdoor front light and it has gap. Broken siding board during repairs was not replaced but filled with putty of some kind. Worst of all, my contract read and I did pay for the supplies but he did not pay the supplier therefore I received a certified letter stating a lien would be placed on my townhome for non-payment of goods. I have a signed receipt from Mr. Jenkins stating the supplies would be paid for out of the initial down payment but they were not. The work he was supposed to come back and repair was postponed on more than one occasion and after I found more items incomplete or unsatisfactory I decided I did not want him or his employees back on my property.

When I walked away from this customers job site she was extremely satisfied with the work that was completed. It was a patch and repair job not a complete siding replacement job so were do you finally stop repairing, it could have gone on and on. I have no problem going back out and taking care of anything that was missed off of the original contract. It took longer that expected to get the material paid, the economy has had allot of slower payments to suppliers in all fields of business. The supplier has been paid and I want to go back out to meet the customer and go over anything that was left off and not completed as I stated, I have never not completed a contract. The entire side wall of her home needed new siding installed but wrote up a contract to meet her budget. I have completed contracts for hundreds of customers recently and they are all very satisfied with the work and the pricing.

This company handled everything we asked for easily and promptly. They did the work on schedule and estimated it correctly. They were neat and orderly and the siding looks great. Their team was very professional.
Description of Work: Jenkins removed about 3200 square feet of siding, replaced it with new siding and painted it using Sherwin Williams paint on the siding and trim.

If they could kindly let us know what type of work was done and as to why they were unsatisfied with the work. We are very customer service driven company and if any customer is this unhappy with our work we would like to know the details as to why so we that we can make sure we address the customer's issue and correct any problems. We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction and welcome all comments to help us do so. Could you please investigate as we feel this might be a bogus report.

I HAD TROUBLE KNOWING WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO START. THE INSTALLATION SEEMED TO LACK SUPERVISION. IT WAS VERY HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH MR. JENKINS DUE TO THE LACK OF RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGES. WAYNE DANIELS, THE SALES PERSON, WAS DELIGHTFUL AND EVEN PROVIDED A LIST OF NINE OF THEIR REFERRALS. I CALLED MOST OF THEM. THE MOST COMMON THEME WAS TROUBLE WITH THEM RETURNING CALLS AND DIFFICULTY REACHING SOMEONE. THE GUTTERS SEEM TO SERVE THEIR PURPOSE AND IT SEEMS THE SQUIRRELS CAN'T GET IN. I STILL WANT A WARRANTY IN WRITING. WHAT PERIOD OF TIME IS THE LABOR UNDER WARRANTY FOR AND A PRODUCT WARRANTY.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE GUTTERS AND PATCHED HOLES IN FASCIA WHERE SQUIRRELS WERE ENTERING MY ATTIC.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY DID IT QUICKLY. THE ONE PROBLEM WAS THERE WERE ADDITIONAL PIECES AND THAT WAS A LITTLE SLOW IN GETTING A RESPONSE FROM THEM.
