+ -1 moreOverall, with as much work as we had planned, I expected a major disruption in our daily lives, especially since I work from home. The work flow was accomplished with a minimum amount of disruption to our routine. Great job!!
Description of Work: Removed shower stall in master bath and replaced with full tile shower - removed bathtub and replaced with window seat - replaced flooring in master bath and second bath with tile - replaced floor in entire home with hardwood floor - repaired roof leak and repaired ceiling in great room - repaired banister on stairway to second level - rebuilt newel posts for added safety - removed carpet from stairs and painted to match flooring - overall an excellent job by a thoroughly professional company

Description of Work: Demo old bonus room,removed old roof and all sheet rock and sloped walls. New Bonus room constructed with 10 foot studs. Approx size 22 feet by 23 feet. Siding and roofing matched existing house exterior. The Ceiling was vaulted with with small flat ceiling for wind bracing. House wrap was installed behind all new vinyl siding. They handled the heating and air adjustments, electrical changes, insulation, rain gutter, vinyl siding, and painting.
