They managed to salvage many files despite the extensiveness of the hard drive corruption. The reformatting of the laptop was helpful, but they also did a hardware inspection and clean to confirm this wouldn't be an ongoing issue.

As a Computer Analysis Mr. Mestre is very knowledgeable of his profession. He worked with us from the beginning(home visit) to the end of the job, Mr. Mestre showed enthusiasm for his work which carried through his entire services regarding our needs with our Computers and Network system. He is the ideal representative for Customer Service, which today is rare when you can find an individual that puts customer interest before his own. He analysed our needs, he followed up with suggestions and completed our requests. He showed excellent interpersonal skills and we found it very easy to work with him. My laptop had an old Outlook account from a previous employer which I was not aware of because I hadn't attempted to use Outlook since leaving that employer several years ago.  I recently joined another company that did use Outlook and found I was unable to remove the old account because I no longer had access to it yet it was still embedded into my laptop.  After several attemps myself -  one that included Outlook phone support - I was still unable to delete the old account and was experiencing problems caused by it.  Outlook would periodically stop working, would ask for the password to the old account constantly and my laptop started running all functions slower. Rolando, had been recommended by a co-worker and said he thought he could handle the problem.  He immediately picked up on the fact that I couldn't work without my laptop - he said he would normally take it back to his shop and work on it over night (since I wanted him to clean-up any issues he found) yet he would come to my office and thought it would only take a few hours.  He quoted a flat rate for the two or three hours he thought it would take however, it was a lot more involved and actually took seven hours.  He found several issues that were slowing down my operating system and had multiple issues removing the old Outlook account because the company had not given me notice to remove it from my side before they deleted it from their side. Rolando kept at until he got it done and insisted on throughly checking everything to make sure the issue was completly resolved.  Then, even though I had taken up three times the amount of time he expected, he took more time to help me get a couple of app issues resolved on my phone.  Also, he only wanted me to pay the flat rate he had quoted (although I paid more - it was not enough).  He did an excellant  job - I would have bought a new laptop if it wasn't for him - he is the best IT person I have ever worked with!!!!

IT Quarters picked up my laptop at work and returned it to me within a week. They had to make two trips to Dallas, GA because of a change in my work schedule, and this was done cheerfully and at no extra charge.  Great customer service!

Excellent.  Two weeks later, he followed up with an email.  We had forgotten the laptop had been fixed and was running so well.

This was my wife's fairly new Dell laptop. The computer came with Windows 8 (which my wife hated) and I formatted the hard drive and put Windows 7 in it. Since the laptop was fairly new, the drivers didn't want to work right with Windows 7. I called IT Quarters Inc., and Mr Mestre came right out later that day and picked up the computer. Couple days later her brought it back with Windows 10 and all of the updated drivers in it. My wife loves Windows 10 and couldn't be happier with the computer and it's performance. The price was well worth having IT Quarters do the job. Great Job Mr. Mestre!

They picked up the computer, repaired it, and returned it.
They did so much more, though.  Attitude is everything.  I felt like a pampered customer.  They treated me with respect and courtesy.  I would sum up their their work ethic as extremely professional.  I would recommend them to my Mother if she had a computer problem.  They are trustworthy and honest.  They seem to have a passion for Customer Service and knowledgeable, quick diagnosis and repair.
