Does not deliver in a timely manner as agreed upon. Does not stand behind his word. His work is SHODDY, because I questioned his time frame. What was supposed to have taken about a ten days turnaround took 6 months and two police call outs later. He is aggressive and abusive towards customers and employees. Does not stand behind his work. Paint job was thin and had gouged areas. Screws and retainer clips not properly replaced or used at all. Body panels, bumpers, headlights and other parts not properly aligned or positioned. If you insist on using him, file for an open records request through Powder Springs PD and see the number of police calls to his shop.
