He was processional, prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Came out on a Sunday and addressed the issue, and he worked out a further plan to repair the machine machine. We are very pleased with him.

He was a lifesaver! He came on a Sunday when my stand up freezer broke and was defrosting all the food in it. He was able to put a temporary fix on it until all the parts came in which saved everything in my freezer. During the week he kept in touch about the status on the parts and once they came on came to fix it right away. My mom and I are immune compromised and he wore a mask both times he was here to make sure we stayed protected. He was very nice, came when he said he would be here. He was one of the only Pro’s that even answered on a Sunday and was more than happy to come save my freezer from defrosting. His rates are fair and he didn’t gouge me for a Sunday emergency call. I would 100% hire him again AND recommend him!
