This is the tree company to go with!! Excellent customer service, showed up exactly when they said, completed work quickly and efficiently, the entire crew worked seamlessly together, I couldn't be happier. We had a HUGE job and they surpassed all expectations. We have had multiple tree companies that wouldn't even touch one of our trees and Duren did it with no hesitation at all. Excellent stump grinding and cleanup as well! They are an excellent family owned business and will forever get all of my tree work and referrals!! JOB WELL DONE ?

Outstanding service, were here on the date promised, took down the trees, and all of the debris, and actually cleaned the whole yard, would not know that big machinery was ever in the yard. Will use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

Feb 16, 2019 about an hour ago, person representing himself as the owner and his wife of Duren Tree Service came to my house to make me happy and told me they did not destroy the No Trespassing Signs. It was their clients, Brittney and Lindsey! Asked could we resolve the problem and look at the property. Once in backyard, his voice changed, there was nothing wrong, I was being told that I was being difficult. He did not want to see the tire tracks or tracker/vehicle tracks on my property, pine branches, -- there are only a few! Then starts verbally attacking the builders of the houses. Saying so in so is worse than what I did! Asked his wife and him to leave. The second time starting walking towards the house. The owner of Duren Tree Service then verbally threatened me with taking action against me! Have filed another police report with Paulding County to prevent further action or actions against me from Duren Tree Service of Powder Springs, GA. If you are innocent, would you act this way?

All debris and tree removal companies are not created equally. I tried to get seven other companies to return my calls or show up when they said they would or treat me like a human being in need of their help, I finally found Duren Tree in Powder Springs, GA and spoke to Misty. She said Jason could come out the next day at 9 AM and give me an estimate. Jason called at 8:45 AM and told me he would be about 18 minutes late. (Finally a person who has the decency to do the right thing, something that hasn’t happened to me in a very long time). Jason arrived at 9:17 AM looked over the yard and quoted a fair price and said he could get a crew here in about 2 hours. The crew of four people showed up and started working around 11:30 AM. Everyone was very polite and worked hard. They completed the job in about 2 hours and left my yard looking very good. I am also thankful that they took the snake they found with them. This is the kind of customer service I should have received from the first company I contacted, not the eighth one. I highly recommend Duren Tree and if needed again, they will be my first call!

Duren Tree & Landscaping Services did an outstanding job removing over a dozen large trees from my property. They went out of their way to work with me by cutting some trees down to firewood size and grinding down some stumps that I had from some previously removed trees. Jason, the owner, is very professional and pleasant to work with. The office staff is very pleasant and kept me informed about the schedule for the work I needed done. I will definitely use Duren again. Check out their robotic stump grinder - pretty cool!

Jason was very professional from my first phone call all the way until the job was done. He kept me posted as to the time they would arrive and how it was going to happen. Job very well done. I give an excellent rating.
