I am thrilled to have found Donna Green! I am a first time home buyer and new to the Atlanta market. Donna helped me every step of the way, carefully answering all of my questions and providing all of the guidance I needed to make a fully informed home purchase. She helped me negotiate with the sellers, helped set expectations (as a first time buyer, I don't know what's realistic in the housing market), made recommendations, and communicated with the sellers. When my credit union and I could not agree on issues related to the financing paperwork, Donna recommended another lender who worked with me and agreed to approach the loan in a much more reasonable manner. Donna was present for walkthroughs, viewings, and closing. Her responsiveness was amazing -- always responding to email, text, or phone the same day (often immediately). I am not the easiest person to work with. I wanted a home that had no major problems, as I am buying for the first time, and didn't want to be overwhelmed with repairs that would probably be both mentally and financially draining. I didn't have much to spend, which creates challenges because most homes within my budget are priced there precisely because they need repairs done. Donna hung with me through many viewings and going under contract on 3 different homes (the 1st 2 had substantial enough repair issues discovered in inspection that I didn't feel comfortable going forward). Finally we closed on the 3rd house (still had some issues but no deal breakers). Donna was my rock through all of it, and even gave me a very thoughtful house warming gift when the process was complete! Overall I feel extremely lucky to have found Donna and will definitely hire her when it's time to sell this house and/or buy a new one. Note that the cost of service listed with this review was Donna's commission on the real estate sale, so it was paid by the seller, not by me.

Donna Green was fantastic! She ran the show from start to finish. I wanted someone hands on since I live out of state. She met the plumber at the home, went by to check on how repairs were coming, and always kept me posted on the status. If anything needed to be done she let me know right away and usually put me in touch with a service provider she recommended. She was so responsive and on top of it. I have great confidence in her. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

During that time, I relocated to Florida, and it was such a relief to know that Donna was there to oversee the showings and any contractors that needed to enter the home. Every transaction has been handled successfully and professionally. When, and if, I return to the Atlanta area, I will most certainly call Donna to purchase my new home. Donna Green sold my house for a great price the first week it was listed. She advised me on what I needed to on the house to get it ready and what I didn't need to do which saved me thousands of dollars. She has great follow through and helped me with every detail. He demeanor is friendly and absolutely professional. She was patient with my wife and I as we slowly prepared to move. I can't think of a thing she could have done better. She is simply good people. In other circumstances, I think we could have been friends.

Donna S. Green is the best real estate agent! She proactively advocates for her client. We received upgrades in our new build that we would never have asked for ourselves. She is extremely responsive to questions and concerns regarding the home buying process and goes out of her way to make each client feel special. We never had to guess what was happening at any step during our process. She showed up on-site at our inspection, walk through and reviewed all reports from our structural engineer, builder and home inspector in detail. Donna Green did a wonderful job. She worked with the bank, which was very DIFFICULT to deal with. It took a year to close the deal but she consistent. She stayed on top of everything and kept me informed all the way. Donna received a commission by selling the house but I feel she deserved much more due to the actions of the bank.

I contacted this real estate agent needing assistance with a rental home or lease purchase option home. Spoke to the receptionist, who said they would get back to us and never did. If you are purchasing a home you may have better luck than I had. We are not from this area and needed help with what areas are good to live in and we are still at square one because no one has contacted us after the initial call.

Overall Donna did a good job on keeping me informed. There were times that I would need to e-mail her for updates on the activity with the condo, but she was usually very responsive and reassuring. Donna was very professional during the initial walk through and going over anticipated numbers for the sale of the condo. She was honest about feedback and very positive. The one negative was that she was not present during my closing and neither was the seller. She did telly me that she would be on vacation during that time period, and was available by phone, but I think that the realtor should be present for the closing in the event things go wrong and to represent my interests as my agent.

Donna was fantastic! It was a real pleasure working with her - she makes a huge effort to understand who her clients are and what they are looking for. She always makes herself available for any questions (phone, email or in-person) and she was incredibly flexible with her schedule when it came to viewing houses. A 5 star rating is meant to represent "As good as it gets", and therefore I have absolutely no hesitation am awarding 5 stars to Atlanta Realty Assets. They are quite literally, as good as it gets. If I could I would award them 100 stars!
From beginning to end, Donna did everything possible to help us get the house of our dreams. They are professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Before finding the right house for us Donna always stuck by us and gave us the benefit of her expertise and knowledge (without ever applying any pressure). We were always made to feel that our happiness was the most important thing to her, and I really believe that's true.
Our purchase was far from simple and there were many hurdles along the way, but Donna navigated us through every problem with professionalism and grace. We were extremely impressed with Donna and her sales team. We were attempting to sale our home as a short sale in a short period of time in order to finance the new home we are building. Donna is the Fairy Godmother of agents!! I had only 3 months to find a home in just one zip code that I really wanted. The area is set to increase in value and the "feeding frenzy" was on. with 5 weeks to go and losing out on 2 houses, we found it. She gave her own feelings about what she thought of the properties, had valuable insights and guided me every step of the way. When my lender was dragging their heals about getting the closing done on time she rallied the seller's agent to call, she called him and then called his boss! Needless to say, we closed on time and it went relatively smoothly and Donna was by my side and i was confident in my purchase. Donna Green is fantastic to work with. She is very proactive, honest, fun, and professional. Donna helped me work through a short sale for 3.5 months, then she helped me in my process of waiting for the new build upon which I decided to be completed for another 3.5 months. While there isn't a lot that happens during the build time itself, she was always checking in and keeping up. I remember as we visited different places, she always did her best to get as many houses in as possible within the time frame you were available. Additionally, she was honest if she saw something that needed attention, and was always on my side in negotiations. Being a 23/24-year-old, she put my mind at ease and allowed me to fully trust her. I am laying in bed in my new house right now so thankful for God's provision and for closing certain doors, but sure that He allowed Donna to be an intrinsic part of the process. I highly recommend Donna, who is a wealth of knowledge and a friend.
