We were really pleased. They were excellent all the way round. They were very neat, my house was in classy finished state so they had to be very careful and they were.

They did a very nice job. It was not as timely as we would like but I guess there was just something wrong with the timing at that time but other than that, they were fine. They did something wrong and then they repaired it so they got it right. I had to keep calling them but at least they answered it.

Initially, they were on time. I advised David that I was getting a double door installed and that I needed the stone around the door as well. He advised no problem at all so I paid for half the service and they finished the bottom half of the home and was supposed to come back to finish the remaining front door. It has been 3 months and I have been calling and texting him the entire time. He said now they have gotten so busy they can not finish the job and has yet to advise when they could. Horrible customer service. The do not return calls, and every time I speak to him he tells me and quot;Saturday I may can get a guy or two to complete the job.and quot;
Well, again it has been over 3 months and still I have yet to see anyone. My front door of my home has been looking horrible ever since and with no regard to my home/family, they have not finished the service. I am more than upset at this point and they just do not care!!!

I have now given up and am calling other contractors to finish this job. Unbelievable...

They are very good; I have used them for years, both personally and professionally. I am under contract with them and they come out quarterly. They do what they say they are going to do. They come out and walk the house, they will call my wife for an appointment and tell her when they will be there, and they are very professional. I have no issues with them.

It was a great job, from the estimate to the people working on building it. They kept the cutting of the stone outside the house to keep the dust to a minimum. The finished product was a dream come true!

Kenda and Daco were wonderful through the entire process. We initially went out to their site in Powder Springs and picked out stone as well as determining the design to cover our brick fireplace. Kenda spent a significant amount of time helping us with this. We had to wait because they had run out of the stone we had chosen but contacted us immediately upon its arrival and set up an install date. Materials arrived a day ahead of time and we had a chance to examine them. The following day the crew arrived on time and spent significant time with us choosing the stone we liked and discarding those we did not. The final result was transformative for our family room. There were some issues with the mortar color in a few places and pieces of stone we didn't notice the day of the install. Daco came back two different times until we were totally satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

They do what they say they are going to do in a timely fashion. I've been using them for the last three to four years. They come four times a year. My experience with them has been positive. I will continue using them in the future.
