After we selected Brucker HVAC they were able to come by almost immediately to begin the work, they quickly removed our old system, installed the new one, new duct work, dampers, plenums, new lines and a new outdoor unit. They did a very good job of making sure that everything was neat and tidy, which since our system is located in a basement, is somewhat important.
We have a split level house which has classically had imbalanced air flow. After the new properly designed system was installed our air flow is much better balanced. Our biggest complaint about our old system was that almost no air seemed to make it up stairs where our bedrooms are. Now we have much better air flow throughout the house, and our new system is extremely quiet, we almost can't tell when it's on.
We are extremely happy with our new system installed by Brucker HVAC.
The replacement unit connections leaked causing additional damage to the ceiling in another area of the hallway. Still waiting to get it repaired.
Unit works fine. The company very apologetic for errors.
"It was my nephews first time on the job, who was wanting to work summers and learn the trade. Unfortunately he miss-stepped through the ceiling, slipping off a beam. The replacement evaporator coil was an R22 coil which was very hard to find a proper and exact match up because of R22 being phased out. Re-adjusting blower speed down to a proper speed setting was the main problem, blowing condensate from the coil to the interior ductwork, and leaking out. The newer coil was designed slightly different. The ceiling was repaired to the customers satisfaction. We always guarantee our work and although the damage was a very unusual situation, we did take care of it to the customers satisfaction."

"In June, 2010 we installed a complete YORK 16-SEER "Tax Credit" system! We value you as a long term customer!"
