Ronnie Feagins was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and ON TIME. The price he quoted was the price he charged. After services were complete, everything was cleaned and bill was presented in a very clear and concise manner. This is my first time using Angie's List and fortunately it was an exceptionally good experience.

I called Ron one evening and left a message, and he called back the next morning. He was polite, punctual in every phase of the job. He was able to schedule me in on my pick of days at a convenient time, and came prepared to do everything that needed to be done. He was thorough and methodical, and very careful. He cared about the little things for example, having smoke detectors installed right side up, if that was important to us for aesthetic reasons, cleaned up afterwards, and did not try to "sell" us on other tasks that "needed" to be done as other handymen do. He just does good work and counts on you calling him back again. He explained everything he was doing, and it was clear he enjoyed his work and enjoyed helping people. It was like having a friend come over and help you out. He worked with us on the price, and when he could not repair the existing socket part, he went and bought a new one, only charging us extra for the actual charge of the replacement part.

He was prompt and courteous. He was concerned about doing the job correctly and to please.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY CAME OUT WHEN PROMISED AND DID A GREAT JOB. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.
