 + 1 moreMr. Vollrath and his crew of two were professional, punctual and polite. They arrived at 9:30 each morning and worked until sundown. Mr. Vollrath kept me updated daily over the course of the three day job. He answered my questions and gave me a "tour" of my roof upon completion of the work.
Description of Work: Semi-flat re-roof (difficult job): Tore off and re-roofed 18 squares of old shingles. Tore off and re-roofed 24 rolls of old rubber. Fixed all bad wood (up to 120 ft. of 1x6 decking). Re-flashed chimney, painted and sealed all vents and pipes. Enlarged down spout holes for better drainage. Cleaned up and hauled off all old roofing and scraps. Ran a magnet to retrieve all nails.
