His name is Jimmy Brice and he is a personal friend. He came at 8 am in the morning and took out the burned up microwave. He came back and put in a new microwave oven that I bought. He also came after a tree hit our home at 11 pm one night because it knocked out a light fixture in our kitchen. He checked out the whole house to be sure the electrical wiring. He took down the fixture and capped the wiring. He is always prompt to help us.
