"It start out with him want 50.00 dollar for the time slot. We agree on the quote and when he got here he change the price to hang the living room curtain. I send him pictures of everything and he said he didn't know that the windows was that long. He start to do and said he couldn't do it. He paint my ceiling a different color in the bedroom and the vents in which he didn't suppose to and said he didn't do that but he did. He broke my night stand and didn't tell me about until I ask him He said he was to busy to tell me about it. I ask him when was he coming back to correct these problems he said he got other project to work on and offer me 200.00 dollar today. I have been trying to get in touch with everyday this happens. He lied about everything he said he didn't do. All of our ceiling are white and vents. Got before and after pictures. I asking him for my money back accept for the TV and curtain robs. He use up some expensive paint we had in basement for another project to paint the ceiling in the bedroom, bedroom that he supposed not have painted the ceiling and vents."

"The awning looks to be built well. I think the design is not good for the area it’s in. There was no allowance for the fascia board so the awning sits at an angle from the brick siding. The Z clips that hold the awning in place are not big enough and the lag bolt holes are drilled on an angle due to no allowance of the facia board."

The invoice ended up being incorrect, and appeared that they overcharged me. I brought that up to their attention and requested for a refund. They attempted to hide the refunded amount on the invoice as a way of hiding that to me. Then, took over one month for me to receive the correct refund after countless phone calls just to get in touch with them. Overall, I would not recommend nor use J&R Enterprise LLC again due to the circumstances."
