Property Management
I hired Beasley Investment to rent out and manage my property in my absence. Phillip Beasley did nothing to manage my property, he took tenants money and didn't pay my mortgage as agreed in our contract. Plus left the house needing over $6000 in repairs that needed to be done before it was livable again. If I didn't step in and take back my property when I did my home would have been foreclosed on. They are liars and thieves, don't trust them!!!!
