It went very well. They always provide courtesy transportation to my home and back so that I don't have to sit and wait, even when I don't have an appointment.

Great service was in and out quickly.

Savannah Tire is great. I emailed them about a quote for an oil change and within 10 minutes I had a response. I went later that day with my car and 2 young children. There was about an hour wait but they had a tv in the waiting area as well as a small play room with a chalk boad and kid sized chairs. My 4 year old was busy the whole time in there. They not only changed my oil but I was made aware that my back tires are wearing thin and a few other issues. I will definitely use Savannah Tire for my repair and tire needs.

I need 2 new tires and an oil change. I called Savannah Tire
yesterday to get and estimate and I had questions about the possibility of
using the manufacturer’s warranty for my tires. The guy on the phone said I
needed to bring the car in so they could inspect it and give me an estimate. I specifically asked what would be a good time to come so that I could get in and out quickly as I have a baby and its hard to sit around waiting rooms for a long time. I told him I could do anytime from super early in the morning to late evening. He made me an appointment for 11 am. I showed up at 10:55 and waited about 10 minutes before anyone even talked to me. They seemed really busy. So finally one of the guys got my information and told me it shouldn’t be any longer than an hour and a half. That already seemed like a long time just to change the oil and inspect the tires but I decided to go ahead and wait. At 11:30 they still had not even taken my car back to get looked at. Another man at the desk said I would be next. At 11:45 still my car was sitting out in the parking lot not being looked at. I went up to ask what was the hold up. They guy was condescending and not very nice. He told me that sometimes even with an appointment, people have to wait. He asked me if I had ever had to wait at a doctor’s office when they were busy. At this point I decided to forget it. I had been waiting for an hour with them not even looking at my car and the guys working there were being condescending and unhelpful. The tires I need are pretty expensive so I would have probably spent close to $600. It seems like they would have wanted to earn my business but apparently not.

My car just went dead while I was driving to work today, I had it towed to Savannah Tire as it was close to my home. They gave me an estimate of $18 to check the electrical (as I had been told by someone else that it might be the alternator) and possibly more if that wasn't what was wrong but assured me they would call before doing anything else that might cost more. We decided to go eat lunch and before our food even arrived they called to inform us that it was ready to go and the total was..............................$23.22. Turns out it was just the positive battery terminal had gone bad. I have used them in the past and have always found them to be honest and reliable. I was prepared to be told it was the alternator or something electrical and they could have easily told me that and charged me for a major repair. I love these guys and have never had a bad experience here.

After moving to the area a year ago, I started to notice that my A/C was not working nearly as good as it should. I put it off for several months before I finally starting calling around to get an idea of where to take it. On a whim I drove to this Savannah Tire store near my home and could not be more pleased. The staff were very friendly (and patient!) while explaining to me what it could possibly be and potentially what it would cost me. I decided to leave my car and eat breakfast nearby in which the gentleman I spoke with called me very promptly to let me know what was going on with my car. I needed a service called evacuate and recharge(?), new filter, etc. I was mostly happy with the final price (well worth it in this newly hot Savannah weather to me), but also how the staff treated me. Since my trip last fall I have visited the store for multiple oil changes and new tires. My husband uses the HWY 17 store and I've never heard him gripe about anything over the several trips he's made.
