The porch looks excellent.

I explained everything that we wanted. Mr. Coughlin quoted a fair price and time that he could start the work. He and his son showed up when expected, stayed with the job and did excellent work. He even had to tear out some drywall in the laundry room to move an electrical outlet because I requested that the entrance to the pantry be made wider than originally discussed. Not only did he replace the drywall and trim but he did not charge extra. He only came through the house when absolutely necessary, entering the pantry from the outside until the last few days. Even then, we hardly knew he was around as he tried to disturb us as little as possible. He was polite, respectful and fair. I would definitely hire him again.

The contractor is extraordinarily talented.  The house was constructed in 1875.  We tried to restore the building to what it was in 1875 with the original trim, colors, etc.  The contractor has the experience to do restoration as well as to update services.  He can offer recommendations that are usually done by designers.  The quality of work is superb.

They showed up on time and did the work as promised. They're really great. Very fair.

Ron was one of the few contractors that returned our call and kept his appointments with us which we appreciated as hard-working professionals. We also liked that his company was capable of handling all the work for both tasks and quoted us one fixed price for both. Ron and his team started the work when they said that they would and was very reliable and very honest and listened carefully to what we wanted. He was patient and worked with us when we wanted some last minute tweaks (our fault not his) and we were very satisfied with the overall quality of the work performed. Would definitely use his company again.

He showed up on time and did not charge me anything extra. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and got the job done without any complaints. He did a good job with the roof. I am happy with him. He has given me a quote for some extra work but he is a little busy for now. I am waiting for him to spare some time.

Ron's an honest, soft spoken, mild mannered contractor who knows his stuff! Far exceeded my expectations. Money was not an issue, although he did give me the best price over the other quotes I had gotten. I just wanted the job done right, without cutting any corners. I was not disappointed. Once started, you could easily see his 35+ years of experience at work. He told me he's built his business from repeat customers and word-of-mouth new customers. Well, he definitely got both from me! I can't stop bragging about the quality of his work. Since he replaced my bathroom floor, my neighbors, friends, and family have all used him. After a tree fell on my garage, Ron replaced and/or repaired the roof, wall, and foundation. I was impressed that he didn't just patch the area of the roof that was damaged, but replaced the whole side of the roof so that the shingles would match and not look like a patch. Overall, I was very pleased. I have continued to use him for various home repairs since then.

He was excellent. He was prompt and he walked through and told me every single detail. He explained to me why something was important, why it needed to be replaced, and also how he was going to do it. He was very careful and covered all the things that I had in my garage; he removed a lot of stuff that he couldn’t cover. He did it all in two days. He talked to me about the type of paint he put on the side of the house and his work was just outstanding. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to my friends as well.
