I had a new HVAC system installed recently and from the sale io the installation all went well. If I have any questions I call my awesome salesman first. Clayton he is great at what he does very pleasant give you options available to you and listens to your questions and answers them thoroughly. He does not fast talk or try to push you into a purchase. This has happened to me twice in the past and I was not pleased. We decided on a system the awesome team of Colton, Noah and Hunter did my install. I am very happy with my new system and all thank them all for bearing with me. Five Star rating across the board. They put out a 5 ton unit and recommended a 3 ton unit because their expert opinion was a 3 ton unit would be more efficient. It was working well in about a year and then after a year they said that they won't service my unit unless I buy a service contract with them. Mr. Benson, he told me to go somewhere else to repair the unit, I told Mr. Benson that "you could have told me that when I bought the unit from you and when they installed my unit. They messed up my unit because and done some work on it and repairs was done to make it work. Even a week after they installed it, I called them to come take it out since it was not working properly as expected. Be very leery, because they hobble you, and they don't care about their customers, except to sell their merchandise.

Noticed pool of water draining from A/C unit, contacted Coastal and their representative was very helpful and courteous; verified the cost for representative to come out, and range of pricing depending upon what the cause was, in addition provided the pricing on maintenance plans that could providing savings, to include directing me to their website for coupons. When the representative came out to my home, they were also very courteous and professional. They explained what may be the cause, diagnosed the problem and re-verified pricing, and maintenance plans available. They also took the time out to explain the reason why the water was dripping from the unit, and how to avoid this problem with regular maintenance. I paid for the maintenance plan and utilized one of the coupons from their website to pay for the service visit. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and performance, and have referred several people to them. Make sure to go their website for coupons and to ask them about their maintenance plans!

Coastal Service Experts do a good job when they show as scheduled. We have used them regularly for HVAC tune-ups since we purchased the Trane heat pump system from them 15 years ago. They do a good job when they are here for tune-ups & service. We have had several instances when they have not kept appointments in the past several years. Once for a scheduled tune-up and most recently when they were supposed to install the fan motor, I was home at the scheduled time and the tech didn't show up or call. I had to call them to find out the service call had been rescheduled from Friday to Monday. Once again. I waited for the tech to arrive and had to call again to get the tech to show up. This shouldn't happen once, let alone several times.

Tech arrived on time and was very thorough and answered our questions that were not directly related to the service performed. His advice will end up saving us considerable money on our second HVAC unit upstairs.

Service Experts installed a new high-efficienty heat pump system heat & A/C with a once-a-year high-efficiency filter in December, 2010, to replace a 30-year-old inefficient A/C unit and gas furnace that had a bad thermo-coupler and was leaking combustion fumes into the ductwork. Install was first-class and they left nothing undone. Today's service appointment was the third scheduled maintenance visit since the install. (We pre-purchased two preventative maintenance visits a year on a year-by-year basis.) Today's tech was Joe who was same tech who originally found the problems with our old furnace. He did his job well, was very polite & professional, and did not make a mess.

I have a contract with them and it is working out fine. They had installed the heating and air conditioning. I haven’t called them out for any problems with it. They are very good and I am very pleased with them. I don’t have any complaints. They are very good about responding and are very professional.

I am very satisfied with their work. It is easy to schedule an appointment for a time you want. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. They do not leave a mess. The price was a little steep, but I will continue to use this company in the future.
