Technician was on time and performed work in an efficient manner. Took time to explain service to be performed and the results. Identified one issue and fixed it after explaining the cause of the problem and the pros / cons of either fixing or needing fixing it. Cost was reasonable.

Compressor went out on our 21 year old Carrier system. Carriage had a guy at our house the next morning to diagnose the problem and go over our options. We chose to have a new system installed and they did it the very same day at a price we thought was beyond fair. My house is so cold now and it?s no longer an eye sore when you drive bye.
