This installer was referred to me by the tile company where I made my purchase. They made an appointment to pick up the materials and be here on a certain day and time and they were very prompt. They were extremely personable, chatting with me without losing a beat on the installation. Everything was completed on time and looked wonderful. They were very professional and cleaned up, not only at the end, but each day as they completed a step. I was told if ever there was a problem with a tile cracking or chipping to call right away and they would come back right away and take care of the problem.....unusual for many service people. Someday I hope to install tile around the bathtubs and shower and I will certainly call them again to do the job!!
