Animal & House Sitting
Bestsy is the owner of the company and she is the one who handles everything. She has 2 close associates who she trusts greatly. This is good because you know everyone who is coming to take care of your pet as well as anyone who might have access to your house. Betsy makes you sign a document to say that she is the only one coming to take care of the pet because she takes full responsibility for their welfare.
I was actually referred to Betsy after the Savannah pet sitter did not service my area. Which I am very happy about because Betsy is amazing! You can just tell when someone really cares about animals and loves what they are doing - she certainly is one of those people.
During one visit my cheeky cat ate a bee and Betsy stayed with him for another 30 minutes (free of charge) to make sure that he was ok and didn't have any reactions.
The daily photos and fun texts she sends are wonderful. They even wash all the dishes that are used and vacuum the house. As well as brush the cat and play with him the same way I normally would.
I'm very new to the area so she also recommended an excellent vet to take him to. We signed off on documents to make sure that she was able to take him there during an emergency should it ever happen.
Betsy has several dogs, but certainly knows her way with cats too. I think she said she has worked with a larger variety of animals such as snakes and lizards, but I can't remember the details.
My husband and I are extremely pleased with Loving Heart pet Care and we are happy to have found the perfect Cat Nanny for our very busy work and traveling schedule.
