Pest Control
Yes, I recommend this pro
$20
He is self-employed, but he uses Tri County license and bonds to operate. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. When I find somebody good, I stick with them. I don’t have a contract, I just have a handshake. He went up last year, I did have him on a monthly basis and it was $15. He went to $20 and really what he does is just as effective every other month. That's why I changed him to every even month at $20 a trip. He does a couple of our renters. I don’t provide that service for the renters, but I give him as a referral.
