Went very well. Sunshine arrived on time and performed professionally. I have been using Sunshine carpet for more than 10 years and have never had a complaint. This is a family run business.

Technician arrived right on time and was very thorough. Owner
stopped by to check on the job about 1/2 way through. Could not ask for
better service. Partially removed 1 rust stain, but completely removed
all others.

Their equipment was kind of old and they did not do a good job in cleaning up the carpet. In fact, the hose reel fell off the hinge as the worker was unwinding the hose to go inside the house. They had a van which was very messy and looked very unprofessional. The young man who came to clean the carpet was very professional but he was working with substandard equipment. We will not use them again in the future.

Sunshine did an excellent job for a really good price. Our old carpet now looks nearly like new! The price was quite reasonable for the services rendered. The company employees were very friendly, competent, and motivated to do a good job. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Very pleased ! I was in a rush as I was moving out and the new owner was moving in that evening. The new owner had used Sunshine to clean her previous home and recommended them. I called, they came promptly to give an estimate, the serviceperson arrived there that very afternoon and had to work around me packing up last minute items, the cleaning crew scouring, and a security system installation team!! He was so very courteous and polite and it was evident that he took pride in doing a good job. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. Great service, great price.
