We repair washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, freezers, garbage disposals, ice machines, microwaves, ovens, refrigerators, stove tops, trash compactors and hot water heaters. We also offer installation services call or e-mail us for details. In some cases we will also pick up unwanted appliances.

My Kenmore front load washer was leaking water from the door. Mitch came for a service call and arrived promptly on time. He quickly identified the problem and gave me an estimate for parts and repair, which was fair and reasonable. We were unable to schedule a time and date for the repair before I moved. Mitch graciously refunded his $80 service call. Based on his integrity as a businessman, I highly recommend Mitch for your appliance repair needs.

Had to order circuit board (due to age of stove) Mitch was always on time, professional, and courteous. I'd recommend him. 100% and he will be my go to guy for any appliance repair. Nice to do business with someone who cares about his work and his customers.

He told me ahead of time what the problem was, and what he was going to do. He told me why it was high, and why it was going to cost that. It worked out fine. A couple of years ago I had repaired an ice maker, and what was wrong with my ice maker. I had done some damage to my ice maker. He ordered an part, and told me when it would be here. He opened the lid to my oven while he was here, my stove, so I could clean it out. He went out of his way when he didn't have to be. He was clear on the cost, and I haven't compared other services. I don't know how the rates compare. I remember how well I liked him at my house, and I called him for my son's house. I think a lot of that stuff is over priced. I worked for years for an manufacturing facility, and have a big department. I know the prices of the parts, and know the mark up of the parts. As a consumer I would like the prices to come down. When I called him he came. Where I live is kind of in the country, no fee to come out here. A lot of places will charge you to come outside their diameter. He was here when he told me he would be here. He was aware I had dogs, and didn't bother by it. He called me when he was going to be here, and I told him not to ring the doorbell. He was very cooperative with that concern. Very smart guy. He used his smartphone to diagnosis the refrigerator. A lot more in tune to new technology. A lot more than I am familiar with. He is a great guy. He is trustworthy. I have no problems with him in my house. I would use him again. .

Called Mitch and left a voice mail. He called back at the end of the day and set up an appointment. He told me the service call fee up front to include a military discount. He arrived within the hour window he had told me and found the drain line clogged on the dishwasher and quite a jury-rigged set up with the hose under the sink. Needed a new, longer drain line. I eventually ordered it from Amazon because his supplier couldn't get the longer hose. Ice maker needed to be replaced along with the flap on the door dispenser. There was some phone tag the following week, but once all the parts were in we scheduled an appointment. He called at the end of the hour window to apologize for running late on a previous job, but that he was enroute. Very polite. He installed the parts and made sure everything was working. My only negative was that I didn't get a written receipt, but I didn't ask for one, either. He said my check was my receipt for a 90 day warranty on parts. Overall, I was happy with the work - we have ice and a functional dishwasher now - and I will call him in the future, if needed.

"I apologize you felt i was rude. I did not mean to come across that way. I do sometimes get caught up in my work if im running behind schedule and do not chit chat as much as other times and i am sorry if you mistook that as rude. Sometimes i am difficult to reach on the phone due to a high volume of calls i receive 30-40 a day sometimes and i am closed on the weekends so if you called late on a Friday sometimes it will be Monday before i can call back. There is always a service call charge to come out and look at an appliance however if i cannot recreate the problem i can not repair it. The service call is good for 30 days if the same issue arises again. I would be more than happy to come back and check your washer again if yoy are still experiencing issues for no extra charge. As far as the lid lock light ect... i don't remember specifically the situation but it is possible i had the machine in diagnostic mode to short cycle it in an attempt to find the issue. I will make a better effort to give you more acceptable service in the future if you will give me the opportunity. I always want to give my clients the best customer service of my ability i am sincerely sorry for your unsatisfaction. I do hope to have the opportunity to regain your business."

He was very courteous and provided extra reccommedations to what I was looking for and saw that I needed an entire new disposal that I didn't even catch. When the disposal wasn't available he kept in contact with me for scheduling a new appointment when the disposal was available. Overall he did a great job. Thanks !

He was reasonably priced and offers(ed) a military discount. I don't have anything bad to say other than him showing up late twice. Overall, great work ethic and he told us he was running behind. I would use him again.
