McGhee Cleaning Services

I hired them to come and do thorough cleaning of my home. If I was in the room, it was cleaned wonderful. It really seemed as if they were doing a great job. After they left, I went around to doubl check everything. The Family Room downstairs was a hit and miss on dusting. They completely by passed the mantle. They splashed bleach on the rug in the hall bathroom and ruined it. Trying to schedule a time is difficult. They will arrive anywhere from 2 to 4 hours late. I used them at three different houses. Never again.

At first I thought they were very professional because they had printed paperwork to provide estimates. She wrote down what I wanted and gave me a quote for $60 every other week. But then it changed to $175 for a month because I told her that I wanted her to start coming every week. When it came time to pay the first bill once we had gone to every week, the daughter said I owed them $240 for the entire month. I have left messages to speak to the Mother about this, but she would not return my calls. The daughter also told me that the extensive cleaning was not what they do every time they come, even though the Mother specifically clarified that those services would be performed every time they came.
